Since our founding, VCTC Pune has been on a single mission: bridge the gap between education and employment in technology.
VCTC Pune was founded with a clear observation: there's a massive gap between what colleges teach and what companies need. Thousands of graduates and professionals in Pune have the ambition but lack the practical, job-ready skills that the tech industry demands.
We started as a small training initiative by a team of senior tech professionals who were tired of interviewing candidates who had theoretical knowledge but couldn't solve real problems. That frustration became our founding principle: teach what actually matters in the workplace.
